Weekend Forecast Warm and Sunny

Another round of beautiful weekend weather is on the way.

According to the National Weather Service, temperatures will reach highs in the upper 80s with mostly sunny skies.

The forecast for Saturday calls for a high of 88 degrees, mostly sunny and with some light variable wind. Overnight the low temperature is expected to be about 66 degrees with some clouds.

Sunday is predicted to be a carbon copy of the day before, with mostly sunny conditions and a high of 88 degrees. Overnight its expected to be mostly clear with a low temperature of 66 degrees.

According to Weather Underground, the average high temperature for the time of year is 84 degrees and the average low is about 64 degrees.

The all-time high temperature set for Aug. 25 in Baltimore was 97 degrees in 1968 and a low of 51 degrees in 1952.

The high temperature record on Aug. 26 was a scorching 101 degrees set in 1948 and a low temperature mark of 52 degrees was set in 1977.
