Community Corner

Day of the Dead Poets Society Soiree

Baltimore
welcomed a new literary arts center when LitMore opened its doors in early October.
Located at 1702 South Road in Mt. Washington, LitMore is dedicated to energizing
and sustaining the area's literary community.

As a membership-based
entity with business, institutional and working artist partnerships, LitMore offers
a center of gravity for the many pockets of exuberant literary endeavors in Baltimore.
More than just a physical space, LitMore provides activities and opportunities that
address the needs of writers as well as artists and organizations that work with
writers. Current offerings include a Community Poetry Library, literary workshops
and readings, an office co-op, writers studios, internships and multi-media performance
space.
