Sinai Hospital Offers Free Low Pain Seminar

 Sinai Hospital is offering a free low back pain seminar on November 13 from 4 to 7 pm at the hospital’s Schoeneman Building, 2401 W. Belvedere Avenue, Baltimore.  The seminar will offer tips and advice on avoiding injury or re-injury.  Learn exercises to improve muscle function and core stability.
