Do you need a break from the stresses of life? Or do want to "shape up" as your New Year's Resolution? Join us for QiGong, Tai Chi and Meditation every Monday 7:30pm-8:15pm. These FREE drop in classes promote whole body health, relaxation and have applications to self defense! All ages are welcome, including children.
