Fish Market Cookbook Tasting & Signing

Nationally syndicated food writer and cookbook author Kathy Hunt will be holding a seafood tasting and Fish Market cookbook signing on Saturday August 10 at 1 PM at the Barnes & Noble Power Plant, 601 E. Pratt Street. Dubbed by Publishers Weekly “a fine guidebook for learning to deal with a cornucopia of seafood,” Fish Market takes the mystery out of selecting, preparing and pairing healthful fish and shellfish. The cookbook features over 130 recipes and 48 fish and shellfish.
