Santé: A Culinary Odyssey
This business/casual fête will feature signature dishes from 35 top local restaurants paired with enticing beverages.
To date, vendors include: B&O American Brasserie,
Bertha's Muscles, Black Tie Caterers, Blue Hill Tavern, Brio Tuscan Grille,
Cabot Creamery Cooperative, Café Gia, Café Hon, Cheese Galore and More, Chef
Egg, Ciao Bella, Clementine, Cooking with Catherine, Fleet Street Kitchen, Grillfire,
House of Audré, J. Paul’s, Joe2, Laurrapin Grille, Natasha's Just Brittle,
Nece's Green Apron, RA Sushi, Richardson Farms, Stratford University, Talara, Tark's Grill, The Food Market and Woody's
of Dewey Beach.
Richardson Farms Executive Chef Ben Simpkins will attempt to set a record for the world’s longest
cheesecake (50 yards and pumpkin-flavored), which he will serve at Santé.

Also new this year, the chefs
will vie to win the “People’s
Choice” award and the “Best
of Santé” awards selected by a panel of judges.
Guests also can enjoy live music, interactive food demonstrations, and the chance to pose for
pictures in costume at the photo
booth.

The silent auction will feature unique and
sought-after items such as sports memorabilia, dining and entertainment
packages, local art; spa, health and fitness packages and vacation packages,
while the live auction will feature one-of-a-kind
experiences.
Santé will raise much needed funds for NKF-MD’s
patient emergency assistance program, providing essentials such as food,
housing costs, utilities, medication and transportation to dialysis. Dollars
raised also fund vital research at Johns
Hopkins and University of Maryland.
The National Kidney
Foundation of Maryland, serving central and western Maryland, the Delmarva Peninsula and
portions of West Virginia, is the
