Volunteer-led Druid Hill Community Clean Up

The Y of Central Maryland is organizing a volunteer-led revitalization of the public spaces in the Druid Hill community surrounding the Druid Hill Family Center Y.  On Wednesday, May 18, 2011, this community event will kick-off with lunch at noon followed by volunteer activities 1:00-5:00 p.m. Volunteers are needed to assist with a variety of projects throughout the neighborhood including neighborhood clean up, planting flowers, creating tabletop checkerboards, and park revitalization.
