Real estate website Trulia has determined that early spring is the best time of year to sell your house locally.
March and April are the best months of the year to sell your house in the Baltimore area.
According to the real estate website Trulia, which Patch discovered through an Atlantic Cities post, early spring brings buyers, and home prices in Maryland peak during those months.
In surrounding states such as Pennsylvania, Delaware and Virginia, home sales pick up in May.
