Tailgate Party on 33rd Street
Baltimore Ravens vs St. Louis Rams to be shown outdoors at Memorial Stadium site.
Last year East 33rd Street was the scene of a big fun tailgate party as we watched the Ravens defeat the Steelers while Carl Stokes turned hot dogs on the grill and Mary Pat Clarke wore purple rather than red to show solidarity with the home team. Folks from many nearby neighborhoods came together with residents of Stadium Place for a good old-fahioned time. The Y & GEDCO have just announced another a repeat event!
On September 25, 2011 GEDCO and The Y of Central Maryland will be hosting The Stadium Place Football Festival.
This all day festival will include a jumbo screen to view and cheer on the Baltimore Ravens as they take on the St. Louis Rams, community and food vendors, a beer garden and tailgating spaces.
