It was like that on Merryman Lane on Saturday March 17, 2012 where sixty people celebrated the unveiling of a new historic marker.

And it was a homecoming for some former students  from School #31.

 

Graduates of that school shared fond proud memories of life in their part of Waverly many years ago while everyone cheered the news that the lot they were on would soon become a living green outdoor classroom with sunflowers if not shamrocks and four-leaf clovers.
