Where's Terrell Warren?

Terrell Warren has a dramatic career make-over.

Have you wondered what happened to Terrell Warrren since she left the Office of Baltimore City State's Attorney where she served our North Baltimore communities so well for many years? Little did we know - while working with her on community impact statements, court watch and getting bad guys locked up and kept behind bars - that she had other great hidden talents!

At Northern District Community Council, which she always attended - usually with her little daughter - I discovered from Community Relations Officer Doug Gibson that she had started her own business.

I found her online! Here's a link to her website where her new shop is nicely presented:

"Hi Beautiful, Inspired by Janelle" is a full service salon offering beauty services and spa parties designed for kids and teens. Our mission is to introduce our clients to spa services and the care and maintenance of their hair, skin and nails; all while developing "good grooming" habits from their very early stages of development.  Our services are performed and/or supervised by a licensed professional.  Miss Terrell, Owner/Stylist has been licensed for 25 years.

Janelle is the owners daughter and inspiration for the launch of "Hi Beautiful".  "Janelle is truly inspiring and beautiful".

Note: While I don't know whether there is any connection, Goggle shows a "Hi Beautiful" as a 1944 film featuring Hattie McDaniel whose earlier performance in "Gone with the Wind" won her an Academy Award.

Bravo Terrell! What a brave, creative career move!
