Mayor Recognizes Top Neighborhood Moms
Baltimore Top Neighborhood Moms were honored Wednesday at Cylburn Arboretum.
Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake honored Baltimore's Top Nieghborhood Moms of 2012 at the Cylburn Arboretum's Vollmer Center with a luncheon on Wednesday.
