Runners will again be cutting their way through North Baltimore on Saturday.
The course for the race, which begins at 7:30 a.m. in Towson, winds its way through North Baltimore primarily on North Charles Street.
The course cuts through Charles Village on University Parkway, then south on St. Paul Street, makes a slight detour on 29th Street and back to Charles Street before heading through Downtown, Federal Hill and the Inner Harbor.
The Department of Transportation is warning residents that there will be temporary traffic stops throughout the course, and that it may cause some delays.
