A woman was arguing with her grandmother in Harwood when another relative shot at her.
According to a police report, on Oct. 14, at 7:30 p.m., in the 2700 block of Barclay Street a woman was arguing with her grandmother, and what the report describes as a "relative."
At that point the relative pulled out a gun and fired a shot into the air. The relative then fired a shot the woman and ran away from the scene.
