Baltimore Police Searching for Dog Thief

Burglar helps itself to a television, radio and man's best friend.

When a burglar broke into a Waverly home the thief wasn’t satisfied with taking the resident’s television and radio—it stole a dog too.

According to a police report, between 5:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., Nov. 19, in the 3600 block of Old York Road, a burglar broke into a home through the back door.

The burglar proceeded to ransack the house, take the above listed property and ran away back out the rear door.

The report doesn’t specify any details about the stolen dog.

The crime lab was called in to investigae the scene.
