Charles Village Subway Employee Robbed of Deposit

The robbery happened at 9:45 a.m. in the 3100 block of Hargrove Alley.

A Subway employee was robbed in Charles Village while taking the restaurant’s deposit to the bank.

According to an incident summary, on June 5 at 9:45 a.m. an employee was walking in the 3100 block of Hargrove Alley with a deposit bag, when he was approached from behind by a robber who pushed a hard object against the employee’s back.

The employee thought the object was a gun and the robber demanded his property.

The employee handed took the deposit bag with an undisclosed amount of money as well the employee’s wallet.
