Firefighters: Hoarding Set Back Efforts to Douse House Fire

A woman was injured in a Timonium house fire Monday. Firefighters said their efforts were hampered by hoarding.

Excessive hoarding hindered firefighters Monday in their rescue of a woman during a house fire in Timonium, fire officials told WBAL TV.

Officials said they received a 911 call around 12:30 p.m. for a house fire in the 100 block of Timonium Road.

Fire crews fought the fire from the inside and found the victim. She was taken to the Johns Hopkins Bayview Burn Center in serious condition, the station reports.
