Gilman Greyhound Statue Swiped, Again

A similar statue was stolen in June 2012.

One of the greyhound statues at Gilman School has been stolen, again.

According to a Baltimore police report, the statue was stolen 11 p.m., July 28, and 5 a.m., July 29, the statue was stolen from the campus located at 5407 Roland Ave.

This is not the first greyhound statue to be swiped from the campus grounds.

In June 2012 a 6-foot blue fiberglass greyhound was also reported missing.

When police responded the reported larceny they found the statue had been removed from its concrete base, and the struts that held it in place had been bent forward.
