Hampden Man Attacked with Rock

An assailant put a rock in a bag and hit the man in the head with the improvised weapon.

An assailant attacked a Hampden man with a rock in a plastic bag.

According to Baltimore police, at 10:55 p.m., July 21 a man was walking home in the 1000 block of West 38th Street when an assailant attacked him from behind.

The assailant put a rock inside a plastic bag, walked up behind the man and hit him in the head.

The man was able to fight off the assailant and chased his attacker to the intersection of Elm Avenue and 38th Street where he lost sight of the assailant.
