Mix of Rain, Snow Expected Wednesday

Any accumulation between Wednesday and Thursday is expected to be less than an inch.

A brief taste of winter weather is expected to push through the area Wednesday.

According to the National Weather Service, rain is expected mainly after 4 p.m. in the Baltimore area with a high temperature of about 44 degrees.

Starting Wednesday evening, with an expected low temperature of 33 overnight, the precipitation is expected to transition to a mix of snow and rain.

By 1 a.m. Thursday, the rain is supposed to turn completely to snow. The accumulation is predicted to be less than one inch.
