Mr. Tire Employee Robbed of Bank Deposit

The robbery occurred outside of a Charles Village Bank of America.

A Mr. Tire employee was robbed at gunpoint of $1,047 as he tried to make a deposit on Friday night.

According to a police report, the employee was making a deposit at 8:40 p.m., at Bank of America, 2530 North Charles Street, when he was approached by a robber.

The robber pulled out a brushed metallic semiautomatic handgun and told the employee "give me the bag."

The employee handed over the bag and the robber ran away headed south on North Charles Street.
