North Baltimore Crime: $1,800 in Cigarettes Stolen from Waverly Tavern

The following information was supplied by the Baltimore City Police Department. In cases where a criminal charge is noted, the information provided does not indicate a conviction.

Larceny from Auto: unit block of East 31st Street, between 11 p.m., July 16 and 10 a.m., July 17. The window of a green 2002 Honda CRV was broken and a Garmin GPS unit was stolen.

Larceny from Auto: 3900 block of Charles Street, between 10:30 a.m., July 15 and 7:15 a.m., July 16.  A Fujitsu laptop, a Verizon LG cell phone and a Garmin GPS were stolen from a silver 2012 Dodge Caravan with Pennsylvania plates.

Hampden

Stolen Auto: 3900 block of Falls Road, 5:30 a.m., July 17. A white 2004 GMC truck with Arizona plates was stolen.

Aggravated Assault: 3600 block of Falls Road, 3:25 p.m., July 19. A woman was maced for an unknown reason and refused to cooperate with police.

Medfield

Stolen Auto: 4200 block of Elsa Terrace, between 10:30 p.m., July 15 and 2:30 p.m., July 16. A Honda 2012 XR650 motorcycle was stolen.

Mt. Washington

Larceny from Auto: 2400 block of Everton Road, between 7 p.m., July 17 and 7 a.m., July 18. An Apple iPod, a Pennsylvania driver’s license and a bottle of Amphetamine were stolen from a red 2007 Jeep.

Roland Park

Attempted Stolen Auto: 4000 block of Roland Avenue, 9:55 p.m., July 15. Someone attempted to steal a blue 2005 Yamaha Scooter.  

Attempted Stolen Auto: 100 block of Woodlawn Road, 2:14 p.m., July 15. Someone tried to steal a 2012 Piaggio scooter.  

Rosebank

Burglary Commercial: 5800 block of York Road, between 9 and 10 p.m., July 18. A burglar broke into The Music Workshop by pushing in a window AC unit and then stole an Apple iMac computer and a Mac Pro computer.

Tuscany-Canterbury

Larceny from Auto: 3900 block of Cloverhill Road, between 3 p.m., July 15 and 8:30 a.m., July 16. A Garmin GPS was stolen from a silver 2003 Chevy Silverado.

Waverly

Aggravated Assault: 500-block East 35th Street, 12:23 a.m., July 16. Two residents were fighting over a fan when one person grabbed a knife and tried to attack the other. The other resident then grabbed a TV antenna and hit the resident with the knife over the head.

Burglary Commercial: 3800 block of Old York Road, between 2 and 4:24 a.m., July 15. A burglar stole $1,860 worth of cigarettes, $184 worth of Brandy and various scratch-off lottery tickets from the Waverly Tavern.

Woodberry

Larceny from Auto: 2000 block of Clipper Park Road, between 9 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., July 18. A black canvass bag, an orange white make up bad, watches and various items of clothing were stolen from a blue 2005 Jeep.

Attempted Larceny from Auto: 2000 block of Clipper Park Road, between 11:20 p.m., July 16 and 8 a.m., July 17. A silver C240 Mercedes was broken into but no property was reported stolen.
