North Baltimore Crime: Remington Church's Laptops, Cash Stolen During Service

Attempted Burglary Residential: 100 block of E. Lake Avenue, 7:20 a.m., April 16. A burglar attempted to pry open rear and side windows.

Larceny Shoplifting: 601 E. 33rd St., 1:45 p.m., April 14. A shoplifter tried to steal various food items from Giant Food, was caught and issued a citation.
Larceny Auto: 800 block of Montpelier Street, between 8 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., April 16. Maryland license plates were stolen off of a 2001 Chevrolet.

Larceny Other: 2600 block of Calvert Street, 5:30 p.m., April 14. A man had a friend over to his house and after she left he discovered his bankcard was missing.
Larceny Bicycle: 2500 block of St. Paul Street, between 2 and 3:30 p.m., April 16. A thief stole a bike that had been secured to a bike rack with a cable lock.
Burglary Garage: 5500 block of Govane Avenue, between midnight, April 14 and 11:30 p.m., April 15. A burglar forced open a garage door and stole a weed whacker, freezer and stove.
Burglary Shed: 1200 block Union Avenue, between 2 and 6:30 a.m., April 14. A burglar stole a Craftsman lawn mower; weed eater; snow blower; two Schwinn bikes; Homelight leaf blower; bike rack; gas can; and padlock from a shed.
Larceny from Auto: 3500 block Sweet Air Street, between 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., April 14. A thief broke a window and stole $2 in coins from a red 2012 Ford Focus.
Burglary Residential: 3100 block of Chestnut Avenue, between 6:30 and 6:40 a.m., April 15. A burglar entered the home through an unlocked window and stole $50.
Larceny Other: 3500 block of Keswick Road, between 4 a.m. and 3:45 p.m., April 15. A man reported $200 stolen from a chest, but was at home with his girlfriend during the incident.
Larceny Shoplifting: 1111 W. 36th St., 11:46 a.m., April 15. A shoplifter stole a pink shirt from Cloud 9, but was identified by canvassing police units. The owner of the store is supposed to obtain a summons or a warrant.
Larceny from Auto: 2500 block of Barclay Street, between 12:20 and 12:40 p.m., April 15. A wallet was stolen after the trunk of the car was inadvertently left open.
Larceny Other: 6301 York Road, 9:36 p.m., April 14. A thief stole two credit cards from a woman’s purse while she was shopping at Walgreens.
Burglary Residential: 800 block of Cedarcroft Road, between 5:30 p.m., April 15 and 4 p.m., April 16. A burglar pried open a rear window, entered the home and fled without taking and property.
Larceny Other: 5700 block of Rusk Avenue, between 6 p.m., April 14 and 6 a.m., April 17. A Poulan lawnmower was stolen from under the deck of a house.
Larceny from Auto: 1800 block of South Road, between 8:30 p.m., April 15 and 8:30 a.m., April 16. An iPod, USB and power cords were stolen from an unlocked Hyundai.
Remington
Larceny Other: 2629 Huntingdon Ave., between 7:30 a.m. and 2 p.m., April 16. Two laptops, $175 and five board games were stolen from the Fellowship Spiritual Church’s office while service was going on.
Larceny Shoplifting: 4719 York Road, 12:20 p.m., April 14. A shoplifter tried to steal eight cans of Red Bull, was caught and issued a citation.
Stolen Auto: unit block Beechdale Road, between 6:45 p.m., April 14 and 7:20 a.m., April 15. A black 2012 Audi was stolen after the keys were left in the car.
Burglary Residential: 5400 block of Falls Road, between 7 and 10:30 a.m., April 16. A laptop and coins were stolen from a home.
Larceny from Auto: 5800 block of York Road, 8:35 a.m., April 16. A thief stole a handbag, cellphone and iPod from a car after breaking its window.
Stolen Auto: 100 block of W. 39th Street, between 1:30 p.m., April 13 and 7:30 p.m., April 14. A green 1995 Jaguar was stolen.
