Police Identify Man Killed on York Road
An 18-year-old man was shot and killed in the 4600 block of York Road last week.
Baltimore City police have identified James Shird, 18, as the man shot and killed in the 4600 block of York Road on Thursday.
The victim’s address is listed in the 6000 block of Arizona Avenue in the Frankford neighborhood of East Baltimore.
According to electronic court records, Shird was facing charges of drug possession, and was scheduled to be in court on Thursday.
