Police Search for Charles Village Robbery Suspect

A 27-year-old man was stabbed multiple times during the robbery.

Baltimore City police released a sketch of man they say was involved in the robbery and stabbing of a 27-year-old man in Charles Village in November.

According to police, they were called to the 2200 block of N. Charles St. at about 5 a.m. on Nov. 6, where they found a man suffering from multiple stab wounds. The man who was stabbed and a friend were approached by two people who asked for a light, according to police.

The two people who had asked for a light then tried to rob the two men. A fight ensued and during the struggle the man was stabbed, according to police.

The wounded man was taken to an area hospital and later released.

Detectives are still investigating the incident and ask anyone who might recognize the man in the sketch to call at 410-367-3105.
