Police Search for Guilford Burglary Suspect

Homes in the neighborhood have been targeted for a string on daylight burglaries.

Baltimore police are searching for a suspect they believe was involved in a least one of a spate of burglaries in Guilford this week.

Davonte Tyron Ronald Muse, 18, is wanted for allegedly committing a first-degree burglary in the 200 block of Chancery Road, according to police.

A wanted poster was emailed to residents on Thursday morning.

On Wednesday, Guilford’s neighborhood association sent emails to residents warning them about multiple burglaries in the neighborhood.

There had been burglaries and attempted burglaries reported on Fenchurch Road, Chancery Road, Suffolk Road, 39th Street and Greenway during the day, according to the email sent by the Guilford Association.

According to a second email sent to residents, police have stepped up foot patrols in the neighborhood and told officers to stop and ask any juvenile walking around the neighborhood for identification.
