Robbers Steal Handgun From Tax Service

The thieves were able to get away with $4,500.

Three robbers stormed into a tax service armed with handguns and beat the owner.

According to Baltimore police, at 3:27 p.m., Feb. 14, the robbers entered E.K. Tax Service, 3300 block of Greenmount Avenue, armed with handguns.

The robbers started clapping and one shouted: "Ya’ll know what the [expletive] it is. Gimme your money."

The robbers then took property from customers and the business, including the Glock 22 kept at the office, more than $4,500 and an iPhone.

During the robbery the owner of the business was struck multiple times, according to police.

The robber then ran off in an unknown direction.
