Crime is always a topic of interest in Baltimore. And it remains an often discussed topic of interest in North Baltimore where the neighborhoods are considered to be among the most stable in the city.
On Monday night, Charles Village residents met with to discuss what they would like to see done to reduce crime in the neighborhood. Residents' experience with crime ranged from it being intolerable to more of a nuisance.
