In the article, Meister linked to a property deed that he contends proves Conaway lives at an address in Randallstown in Baltimore County. Attached to this article is a copy of the deed produced by Meister.

According to state campaign finance records, Conaway on her reports for Friends of Belinda K. Conaway lists her address as 3210 Liberty Heights Ave. On the finance reports for the The Four Bears Slate, the campaign contribution war chest put together by her father Frank Conaway Sr., clerk of the circuit court, that also supports her brother Del. Frank Conaway Jr., D-District 40, both men also list that address.

Previously the councilwoman has told Patch that she lives at the property listed as her home on campaign finance records.

Meister said Monday morning that he’s hoping for a positive outcome and that if all goes well he’ll be able to start talking and writing about the issues raised in the lawsuit again.

“Hopefully the radio silence will come to an end,” Meister said.
