DPW Announces Holiday Closures
The city Department of Public Works will be closed the Friday before and the Monday following Christmas Day.
On Monday, Dec. 26 Department of Public Works offices and yards will be closed in observance of the Christmas holiday, which falls on Sunday this year.
The offices and yards will also be closed on Friday, Dec. 23 because of a mandatory furlough day.
Although there will be no bulk trash pickup and sanitation yards will be closed, it will not impact curbside trash and recycling pickup.
