Early Voting Begins
Voters can cast their ballots in Baltimore's mayoral primary elections starting Thursday at five centers throughout the city.
Early voting begins Thursday in Baltimore for the mayoral primary elections.
Residents will be able to vote at early voting centers throughout the city from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. through Saturday. Voting will resume on Tuesday and will run until Sept. 8. Any registered voter qualified to vote in the election may vote early.
The actual primary election day is Sept. 13.

Residents will be voting to choose their party's nominees for the offices of mayor, city council president and city council.
The Democratic primary is considered to be the city’s de facto election because of that party’s heavy voter registration advantage.
