CITY COUNCIL BILL #11-0738/REZONING – 1302 KEY HIGHWAY (Councilmember Edward L. Reisinger)
For the purpose of changing the zoning for the property known as 1302 Key Highway, as outlined in red on the accompanying plat, from the M-2-2 Zoning District to the B-2-4 Zoning District. (Tenth District)

4. CITY COUNCIL BILL #11-0672/ PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT – DESIGNATION – 6709 PULASKI HIGHWAY (Administration – City Council President Young)
For the purpose of approving the application of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore and the New Pulaski Company Limited Liability Limited Partnership, which are respectively the owner and the ground lessee of 6709 Pulaski Highway, to have that property designated an Industrial Planned Unit Development; and approving the Development Plan submitted by the applicant. (Second District)

5. CITY COULCIL BILL #11-0779/SALE OF CITY PROPERTY – 3323 EASTERN AVENUE (Administration – City Council President Young)
For the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to sell, at either public or private sale, all its interest in certain property known as 3332 Eastern Avenue (Ward 26, Section 11, Block 6423, Lot 012) and no longer needed for public use; and providing for a special effective date. 6. CITY COUNCIL BILL #11-0783/NORTH LOCUST POINT DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT – AMENDING ORDINANCE 03-642 (Administration – City Council President Young)
For the purpose of adding and modifying certain definitions, enlarging the boundaries of the development district, revising exhibit1, to include the additional properties, ratifying Ordinance 03-642, providing for special effective date, and making the provisions of this Ordinance severable. (Tenth District)

7. CITY COUNCIL BILL #11-0778/NATURAL RESOURCES – FLOOD PLAIN MANAGEMENT (Administration – City Council President Young)
For the purpose of modifying the statutes governing flood plain management to meet requirements for eligibility in the National Flood Insurance Program and to otherwise comply with the requirements of Federal and State law; defining and redefining certain terms; updating references to various agencies; repealing redundant provisions; correcting, clarifying, and conforming related language; providing for a special effective date; and generally relating to the protection, maintenance, and enhancement of the public health, safety, and welfare through floodplain management.
