Mayoral Candidates Make Case to Hampden Residents

All of the major challengers for mayor in the Democratic primary spoke to Hampden residents on Monday, except for Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake.

Just a few weeks ahead of the Sept. 13 Democratic primary, the major challengers to Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake made the case for their campaigns in Hampden Monday.

The challengers took turns taking swipes at Rawlings-Blake, who did not attend, and alternately laying out their plans for Baltimore.
