North Baltimore City Council Results

Several races are ready to be called.

With 22 of 23 precincts reporting in City Council District 12 Councilman Carl Stokes has won the Democratic nomination.

Stokes has 2,214 votes to challenger Odette Ramos’s 892 votes.

In District 4 with 18 of 20 precincts reporting Councilman Bill Henry has won the Democratic nomination with 3,307 votes to Scherod Barnes 2,207 votes.

Henry said he feels winning the Democratic nomination for a second time was a validation of what he's been doing by the voters.

"I was reassured I was doing the right thing," Henry said.

 In District 5 The Dean of the City Council Councilwoman Rochelle “Rikki” Spector will win the Democratic nomination. She has 3,131 votes and her nearest Curtis Jones has 930 votes with 17 of 18 precincts reporting.

In District 6 Councilwoman Sharon Green Middleton will win the Democratic nomination. With 16 of 22 precincts reporting she has 2,506 votes. Her closest competitor Mark Hughes has 953 votes.

 Nick Mosby will defeat Councilwoman Belinda Conaway 2,747 to 2,099 with all precincts reporting.
