Olivia Wilde, Sam Rockwell To Film in Baltimore

The film could generate more than $7 million for the state.

Starting in June, actors Olivia Wilde (House, M.D.) and Sam Rockwell (Cowboys & Aliens) will be filming in Maryland for five weeks, according to a news release from the Maryland Department of Business and Economic Development.

Ray Liotta, Michelle Monaghan and Judi Dench will also appear in the movie.

"Better Living Through Chemistry," an indie flick, will shoot the bulk of its scenes in Annapolis and Anne Arundel County, The Baltimore Sun reports. Other scenes will be shot in Baltimore County, Baltimore and the Eastern Shore.

The film has the potential to generate more than $7 million in economic impact and will provide 340 jobs for local crews, actors and extras, the state announced.

The movie shows the downward spiral of a pharmacist's life when he begins an affair with a trophy-wife customer, according to The Sun.

Wilde replaced actress Jennifer Garner as the female lead and Rockwell took over the male lead from Jeremy Renner, Indiewire reports.
