On Wednesday, WBAL-TV raised questions about whether it was appropriate for Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake to have spent Memorial Day weekend at the beach house of lobbyist Lisa Harris Jones.
The incident came to light not long after it was reported that Rawlings-Blake officiated at Harris Jones wedding to Sean Malone, also a lobbyist, while in Las Vegas for a developers conference.
