Rolley to Open Campaign Office in Hampden

Challenger to Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake will hold official opening Wednesday night.

The campaign season is starting to heat up.

Otis Rolley, a former Baltimore planning director, is scheduled to officially open his campaign office in Hampden at 7 p.m. Wednesday. It is located at 814 W. 36th St.

Rolley announced the opening on his Twitter account this afternoon.

Rolley has been the most visible challenger to Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake so far this year, hosting a fundraiser late last year that featured a performance by legendary comedian and actor Bill Cosby.

Other potential challengers include Councilman Carl Stokes, D-District 12, and former Councilman Jody Landers.
