Tuesday Marks Deadline for Campaign Finance Reports

Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake announces that she has raised $1.4 million for her campaign.

Tuesday is the deadline to report funds raised since early January by candidates running for city office in the all-important Democratic mayoral primary.

Although there will be challengers in the general election, the Democratic-heavy city makes the primary the unofficial election.

Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake’s campaign announced it has raised $1.4 million in 2011 and nearly $800,000 since it filed its annual report in January. But her official campaign finance report hasn’t been posted to the state’s campaign finance website.
