Utility Work Tears Up West 36th Street

The Department of Transportation will repave West 36th Street, aka The Avenue, in "a few weeks."

So what was all the work for?

Department of Transportation spokeswoman Adrienne Barnes said the work was being done for "utility structure adjustments."
