The Maryland General Assembly is considering approving a bill during a special session that would permit a sixth casino in Prince George’s County, and allow for table games at existing gaming sites.
Gov. Martin O’Malley called the special session so the issue can be put on the ballot as a referendum before voters in the Nov. 6 general election.
