Baltimore City will be building a bike path from the Inner Harbor to Penn Station that will complete a running along through North Baltimore. 

Environmental and cycle advocates support the construction as a way to make Baltimore a healthier and greener city.

But some critics balk at the $3 million price tag of the Inner Harbor to Penn Station leg of the trail. Others generally just don’t like bikes on city streets.
