This class explores financial institutions (such as banks and credit unions), their products & services; the importance and steps of setting goals and various tools and approaches to tackling short-term, mid-term, and long-term financial goals; and reviews personal finance resources.
In this class you will learn:
-What "personal finance" is and why it matters
-How to create and stick to [financial] goals, and
-How to select individually-appropriate bank services and products.
Please join us for the complete series of personal finance classes covering: goal setting, bank products and services, budgeting, credit reports, credit history and credit cards. Classes take place every Wednesday (except 03/23/2011) from 6:00PM to 8:00PM through May 4, 2011.
