Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake to deliver Black History Month speech at Loyola University Maryland

Loyola University Maryland welcomes Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake as the 2012 Black History Month speaker. Keeping with Loyola’s theme of “Dreams No Longer Deferred” for Black History Month this year, Mayor Rawlings-Blake will discuss her experiences as a woman of color and the challenges she has overcome in her career. The event will take place in McGuire Hall.
