Learn strategies and skills to present your ideas with conviction, control and poise - and reduce negative stress and fear. Develop a presentation style uniquely tailored to you. Most importantly, learn the key components of preparation and practice so you can deliver polished and professional presentations each and every time.

• Handle question and answer sessions effectively, including adversarial questions;

A nationally recognized speaker, trainer, consultant and author, Joni Daniels M.S. Ed., is the Principal of Daniels & Associates, a Management Training and Organizational Development Consultant who provides practical and actionable solutions for professional effectiveness. An instructor in management topics at the Wharton School’s SBDC from 1992 through 2002, she has successfully addressed a wide variety of audiences, has written a variety of articles, serves as a resource for a variety of business publications TV and radio, and is frequently quoted on management topics.
