Balanced Bodies is a complete three part program (Information, Inspiration and Instruction) to bring lasting change to your body. All three parts are connected and support each other as you begin to create lasting change! Balanced Bodies is for you if you would like to get off the denial and guilt roller coaster associated with most weight loss plans or if you would like to learn how to get back to the basics of healthy eating.

1)  Information Phase - you will learn why and how to switch from processed, chemically laden food to real, whole foods.

2)  Inspiration Phase - you will learn how to witness your challenges and eliminate them through directed journal questions and homework assignments.

3)  Instruction Phase - you will be guided through a yoga practice to move the body in a way that feels good and end with a guided meditation to further calm the mind’s chatter. Commit to a lasting change!

Ana Goldseker (www.mindfulnutrition.net ) has worked for 15 years as a certified nutritionist with individuals, families and businesses. Her approach is to help clients build a lifestyle based on whole foods that are “close to the ground” and to eliminate processed, chemically-laded choices.

Beth House Graham (www.simplyYogaMD.com ), RPCS Class of 1981, is a yoga teacher who has been studying and practicing for 20 years. She has combined her various training from the Iyengar Tradition to Power Vinyasa in her own style, filled with inspiration and compassion
