In the land of lacrosse, baseball reigned supreme, at least for one day.
On the ball fields at Gilman School—one of the area's lacrosse powers—kids and parents gathered to to sing "Take Me Out to the Ball Game," the "National Anthem" and celebrate the ceremonial first pitch of the Roland Park Baseball Leagues' season.
The Opening Day ceremonies marked the start of the little league's 60th season.
