Lunch Box

<p>A longtime favorite on the Avenue, the Lunch Box (formerly Mikes Place) serves up a scrumpious menu of traditional American dishes for breakfast and lunch.  Set up like an old-fashioned diner, patrons will find an atmosphere of the old-time Hampden. The owners, the Lees, are have revamped the diner's interior.</p> <p>The typical dishes include sandwiches, burgers, eggs, turkey, as well as specials including meatloaf. One can expect a fast-paced lunch crowd and an even busier weekend brunch crowd. Parking can be a premium with many nearby spots taken by other visitors to Hampden. </p>
