I live near it, and have been there a few times, like Tyler I took a star away for it not being 24 hours anymore, and also it is on the pricy side, but the food and decor is not to be missed, at least once. I love the crazy retro toys, my daughter has even seen some she had when she was younger, lol.
Paper Moon Diner
410-889-4444
A kitschy, late-night restaurant popular among college students, Remington's Paper Moon is far from what you would expect from the average diner. The colorful and eclectic exterior decor of the diner is but a small preview of the decorating scheme on the inside of restaurant: walls of plastic toys and mannequins hanging from the rafters. The menu boasts classic diner fare, from burgers with French fries to grilled cheese sandwiches, but also provides less typical choices such as smoked salmon pasta and a vegan hummus platter. Paper Moon serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and is open late every night of the week.

What else is there to say? It's Paper Moon Diner. This is one of my favorite places to eat. I had friends in from out of town for Otakon and I took them up here for a late dinner (after everybody's flights got held up by rain) and they loved it. It's a real best-kept secret. Paper Moon only loses a star for not being 24 hours anymore.
The Paper Moon Diner is not to be missed! If there is an iconic dining establishment, its this restaurant. Forget the Cafe Hon, the Paper Moon Diner offers a wild atmosphere of artwork created from toys, figurines, and other items. While some might not like the laid back, art deco atmosphere, the food is pretty good. The only downside is the lack of parking during busy times and the lines can be long during weekend mornings.

The atmosphere and food at this place are decent, but the idealistic owner's approach of "everyone is your server" really results in no one is your server. Also, Papermoon will not accept phone in orders - boooo.
