Miller is seeking approval from the Municipal and Zoning Appeals Board to open an arcade, and a hearing is set for June 26. According to a use and occupancy permit application filed with the Department of Housing and Community Development, Miller wants to install 20 to 25 machines in a currently vacant store front.
