The robber stole $100.
A robber, armed with a handgun, stole $100 form a dry cleaner. According to Baltimore police, at 5:20 p.m., on May 15 a robber walked into Wah’s Cleaners, 4018 Old York Road, and told the clerk to "open the register." The clerk complied and handed over the money. The robber then tried to open a locked cabinet under the register but failed. The robber then ran out of the store. One the attackers was armed with a handgun.
Three assailants in Remington chased a man after one swung a chain at him. According to Baltimore police, at 12:20 a.m. on May 12 a man was walking in the 2300 block of Huntingdon Avenue when three men approached him. One of the assailants called out “hey yo!” and then tried to hit the man with a chain. At that point a second assailant pulled out a handgun with a black handle and pointed it at the man. The man then took off running and the assailants chased him north the area of Huntingdon Avenue and 25 Street where he was able to evade them. Two robbers came into the bar and demanded money from the safe.
Robbers armed with guns stole a Stadium Lounge employee's purse as well as money from the bar. According to Baltimore police, at 7:31 a.m., May 12, two robbers walked into the bar. The first robber told the employee "do not move" while the second demanded money from the lottery machine. The robbers also took money from the register and an employee’s purse before they demanded she open the safe. The robbers took more cash from the safe before fleeing. The attack was reportedly unprovoked.
A man was struck in the head with a shotgun while walking on Greenmount Avenue. According to Baltimore police, between 3 and 3:20 a.m., on May 6, a man was walking in the 3900 block of Greenmount Avenue when he was struck on the side of the head with a shotgun. The assailant made no demands before he hit the man with the gun. The man was taken to Union Memorial Hospital where a cut on his head was treated and the crime lab took pictures of the injuries. When members of the Baltimore Police Department’s mounted unit patrol the infield at Pimlico Race Course during Preakness Saturday, it will be one of the unit’s most high-visibility uses during the celebration of its 125th year in existence. The mounted unit, which was established in 1888, is the oldest continuously operated mounted unit in the country, and is primarily used for crowd control during events such as the Ravens Super Bowl Parade, Preakness and downtown on Friday nights. Lt. Milton Corbett, the unit’s commander, said a horse has the same effect as 10 to 15 officers in a crowd control situation. "It’s like the parting of the sea [when the horses are in a crowd]. The robber entered a Hampden home and demanded cash.
An armed robber broke into a Hampden home and stole a laptop and video games. According to Baltimore police, at 2:30 p.m., May 6 a robber entered a home in the 3500 block of Chestnut Avenue and then went to a bedroom where two men were located. The robber pointed a gun at the men and demanded money. When they told the robber they didn’t have money he took an HP Laptop valued at $600 and 15 Xbox video games valued at $900. The robber then ran out of the house through the back door.

Two juveniles were reportedly carrying a gas can and matches at the time.
Two juveniles allegedly threatened to set a schoolmate on fire. According to Baltimore police, at 5 p.m., April 28 a girl was playing at the playground at Hampden Elementary School when two schoolmates approached her carry a gas can and matches. "We are going to set you on fire and turn you white," one of the suspects allegedly told the girl. After making that statement the suspects then ran away from the playground. A police spokesman said Baltimore City School Police Department is handling a follow up investigation.

He was stabbed in the back with an unknown sharp object.
Five men attacked a father who was playing with his daughter in Waverly. According to Baltimore police, at 5:30 p.m., Saturday a man was playing with his daughter in the 600 block of E. 38th Street when five men approached him. The men began assaulting him. The man leaped on the suspect and took the gun away from him.
A man disarmed an assailant who was pointing a shotgun at him in Harwood. According to Baltimore police, at 11:17 p.m., April 28 an assailant pointed a sawed off Stevens Model 940 shotgun at a man in the 400 block of E. 28th Street. When the assailant pointed the shotgun at the man he leaped onto the suspect and disarmed him. The assailant then took off running and left the shotgun behind. A warrant has been obtained for the suspect.

A man told the robber he didn’t have a cellphone and then it started ringing.
A man’s ringing cellphone resulted in a robber pulling a gun on him during a robbery in Hampden in front of the Fraternal Order of Police Baltimore City lodge. According to Baltimore police, at 8:25 a.m., April 30, a man was walking in the 3900 block of Buena Vista Avenue when a robber approached him. The robber demanded the man’s phone and watch. The man handed over his black G Spot watch, but told the robber he didn’t have a cellphone. The man’s cellphone then rang and the robber pulled out a black handgun and pointed it the man and demanded the phone.
